School Communications with Iris ParentMail
As you are aware, we are a cashless school and we currently use the MyEd and Iris ParentMail app to communicate with you about school trips, uniform and payments
From Monday 21st February, we will only be using the Iris Parent Mail app, this means you no longer need the MyEd app. All information regarding trips and clubs will be communicated via Iris ParentMail moving forward. You will continue to use this app to pay for dinners and school uniform as well.
Please Note; if you already have an account with IRIS plus pay, you will just need to download the ParentMail app and log in, using the same login details.
Once registered, if you have an Android or Apple Smartphone, we highly recommend you download the ParentMail app for the best user experience. To do this simply search for ParentMail in your App store.
Registering with ParentMail is very easy! If you are not already registered, please pop into the office for instructions.
Please ensure that all your contact details are up to date with the school office, as these will all be moved over to our new system.
Please also be reminded that we are a cashless school, and cannot accept cash for any items. All items can be paid for on the ParentMail app. If you have any problems paying for items we can as always issue you with a barcode so you can pay at the Londis shop opposite the community centre.
As you know, we send text messages to our parents. However, text messages are very expensive for our school, and we know they are inconvenient for you too. If all parents download the free ParentMail app, we could put the money we save on text messages to much better use and you will not have to dig through your inboxes for school information – win, win!
