Easter Garden 01-04-2020
Bishop’s CE Primary Academy Wednesday 1st April 2020
Today should have been the last day for the children to be at school before the Easter holiday. Obviously, we have experienced a very different end of term.
During the Easter holidays we will be open for the children of key workers only. Families will need to contact the school to enquire about places by email – office@bishop.norfolk.sch.uk
A place must be agreed with the school in advance so that we can plan appropriate supervision ratios. Government advice remains that if a child can be looked after at home then they should stay at home.

Easter home learning
Thank you for your engagement with the home learning packs over the last two weeks. During the Easter holidays we do not expect the children to be working each day. However, we would still encourage you to read with your children and encourage them to count and practise their multiplication tables.
Some year groups have some other tasks to complete over the holiday period as they would if the school was open.
We would like the children to create an Easter garden. Usually, the gardens are brought into school after the holiday to display. However, this year we hope making an Easter garden will be an enjoyable activity to share with your children. We hope that you will display the garden at your home as part of your Easter reflections and celebrations.
The following links have ideas about Easter gardens, some thoughts about Easter and an animated version of the Easter story.
From 20th April home learning messages will resume.
